For our fabulous Smoked Olives we use a large green olive which we lightly smoke over maple wood, then marinate in a lovely blend of smoked oil, herbs & spices. Our smoked olives are perfect on their own or served alongside some of our smoked meats and cheeses. Also delicious in pasta dishes, sauces and stews!
Our large, juicy green olives from Seville are lightly smoked over maple wood, giving them a deliciously rich smokey flavour. Once the smoking is complete, we mix the olives with a lovely blend of oil, dried herbs and spices, including chilli for a gentle kick!

Serving suggestion - perfect on their own or served alongside some of our meats and cheeses. Also delicious when chopped up and put through pasta dishes, sauces and stews. We found them particularly good when added to a chilli or Bolognese!
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst every care has been taken to remove pits from these olives, we can not be 100% sure that no whole or partial pits remain, so please be careful.
